Concept

El Bajío is a family-owned restaurant group founded in 1972 in Mexico City, known for its traditional cuisine and strong connection to Mexican culture. The goal was to create a seasonal identity to celebrate its 50th anniversary while honoring its legacy.

Solution

The anniversary logo adapts the brand’s existing typography and symbol, incorporating a custom-designed number fifty that integrates seamlessly with the original identity. A vibrant color palette, rounded patterns, and festive pictograms inspired by Mexican crafts were developed to create a flexible system across multiple brand applications.
